A few day ago..i just sit at starbucks, looking around...then surf the internet and try to new offer from starbucks...actually this is not my favorite place but i had no choice to online. So..i need to be here..ohya..about the food..i think my taste does not seem like this..maybe im more to simple like 'nasi' and 'lauk campur'..any suggestion?..any idea when suitable time to eat this?..breakfast?..ohya..for breakfast...for me...maybe egg with red onion, plus ketchup and sos, with bread or could be a 'jem' for sandwich bread or maybe 'nasi goreng' mix with some ingredient..perh..makes me hungry rite now..huhu Ohya..BTW...here is Starbucks new offer, u can try it..taste it...yummy...

Trust is crucial to a successful. Without it, you and your partner will not feel free to share yourselves without reservation, and that will keep you from experiencing true intimacy. Do you ever get the feeling that there are three people in your relationship – you, your guy and his ex? Does he still talk or email with her often? Or maybe he holds an unhealthy grudge, or seems preoccupied with what she’s doing now? If any of these scenarios sound familiar, it may mean that he hasn’t completely let go yet. How can you tell if he’s not really over his ex? Tina B. Tessina, PhD, psychotherapist and author of Money, Sex and Kids: Stop Fighting About the Three Things That Can Ruin Your Marriage offers five warning signs:

1. He wasted no time before jumping into his next relationship. If you started dating this guy shortly after his latest breakup, there’s a good chance he’s not completely over his ex – no matter what he says. “There are hopes and dreams we have when we get into a relationship that we lose when we lose that relationship,” says Tessina. “It takes some time [to get over those things].” She points out that men often avoid the grieving process that follows a breakup, even though it can be instrumental in helping them assess the relationship and move on. “You want to be sure he can talk about it – that he can analyze it a little bit, and can say what went wrong and what went right and what part he played in what went wrong.” But even if he isn’t quite there, it doesn’t mean your relationship is doomed. As Tessina explains, “It just means you need to understand that he still has some processing to do, and he’s probably going to do some of it with you.”

2. He fell for you before his relationship ended. These are men like John Edwards and Tiger Woods, who tell you their previous relationships are over or broken, but they still go home to their wives or girlfriends. It sounds obvious, but these guys are bad news. “It doesn’t matter if he says the relationship is bad,” Tessina says. “He has a cheating mentality.” And if he cheats on her, he probably wouldn’t have a problem with cheating on you. Even if he does eventually leave his wife or girlfriend – a very big if, by the way -- and you’re willing to give it a go with this guy, he literally hasn’t had any time on his own to process the demise of that previous relationship so you could run into the same problems as in #1, above. Bottom line: This is probably not someone you want to be with.

3. When it comes to his ex, he only deals in extremes. If your new guy can’t say his ex’s name without spitting, this is another warning sign. “If he’s talking about her constantly, and she’s either the most wonderful thing in the world or the most terrible thing in the world, but it’s unrealistic, you need to ask him about his role in the relationship,” says Tessina. There are two people in every couple, and there’s no way his ex was as great or awful as he makes her sound. “If he’s not talking about it at all, you need to say ‘I think it’s valuable to for us to talk about our past relationships so we can see what went wrong and what we need to do differently in this relationship.’”

4. He can’t break the string. There are plenty of reasons a guy may stay in touch with his ex, and they aren’t necessarily all bad. “If they have kids in common, they have to be in contact,” Tessina says. “If they were together for a long, long time, there’s also some reason for contact.” But if neither situation applies, and he still won’t stop talking to his ex, you should initiate a conversation about her – carefully. “What you don’t want to do is set yourself up against his ex,” says Tessina. Here, too, she recommends talking to him about his relationship with his ex, and what he thinks he can do better or differently in your relationship. She also suggests offering to reach out to the ex yourself, but if he’s not up for that – and if he doesn’t seem compelled to change anything about the current situation, even if it’s making you uncomfortable – that’s a major red flag. “I would slow the relationship down immediately [in those circumstances],” she says. “I’d say, ‘I can’t go further if you’re going to have a relationship with somebody that has to be behind my back.’”

5. He obsesses over the remnants of the relationship. If he’s always checking her Facebook profile or you catch him poring over old pictures, you could also have a problem. “He’s not finished, he hasn’t done his grieving,” says Tessina. “You have to understand that if you stay in a relationship with him, you’re going to be part of that grieving process.” As Tessina points out, when you’re in a relationship you talk about just about everything. Whether it’s work, friends or family, there’s always something to discuss over dinner, and past relationships should be no different. Let him know you’re open to talking about his exes. Discussing this relationship could help him work through his feelings and move forward – and may even bring the two of you closer together.

If your guy hasn’t completely let go of his ex, proceed with caution – but know that your relationship isn’t necessarily a lost cause. He may want to be with you, but needs just a bit more time to deal with his breakup. The key to making it work is both of you being willing to talk openly about his old relationship and his feelings about his ex. And if, when all is said and done, he just can't let go, you may have to be the one who moves on.

first..my intersession course during semester break..alhamdulillah..it don't cost anything coz KPT will paid it for me..so..i have 10k grant for 3 semester..urm..what about college and the rest..dun't worry..they will pay it for me..just one thing i should worry about..my own money..ohya..im really forgot..im working rite now..so..alhamdulillah..i hope there will be no problem for me to finish this intersession..

Second..a few day ago..my friend told me about some kind of fellowship/ scholarship from one university in north area..she give me a form to fill in..all my fee for my study will be paid and they will give rm800 as a pocket money. After graduate i need to work with them for 5 year. it just contract and if i want to continue working with them, i need to further my study in other level. seem interesting for me..coz the payment they will pay for me..rm3.9k..and i will no have to paid back all the payment. Before i fill in the form,as usual i need to ask 2 important person. first my lovely person,who i know him from im born in this world..of coz my daddy..U Know what he said..as usual..he will start with..

Keistimewaan Bau Ketiak Lelaki...

Benarkah bau ketiak lelaki mampu menjadi penawar kepada gejala tekanan yang dialami oleh wanita? Kenyataan ini dikeluarkan oleh Bahagian Biologi Manusia di University Pensyvania beberapa tahun lalu. Kajian
dilakukan di sana membuktikan bahawa peluh lelaki membantu kaum wanita menurunkan tekanan melancarkan perjalanan haid.
Menurut laporan Jurnal Biology of Reproduction America. Sebelum ini,bau ketiak lelaki yang sengaja " diproses" daripada lelaki yang tidak memakai deodoran digunakan sebagai bahan ujikaji bagi mencari bukti
bahawa hidung wanita boleh "digoda" dengan bau lawan sejenisnya.
Dalam uji kaji yang dilakukan, wangian semulajadi itu kemudian di sapukan ke atas bibir puluhan wanita berumur 25 dan 45 tahun tanpa memberitahu ia adalah bau peluh lelaki dan hanya diberitahu bahawa mereka sedang menguji satu aroma wangian tersebut. Enam jam pertama selepas itu, skala mood wanita yang di sapu wangian yang diperbuat daripada peluh ketiak lelaki tersebut diukur.
Hasilnya sungguh unik. Selain boleh mencerahkan mood, wangian ketiak lelaki ternyata dapat membuatkan wanita menjadi kurang tegang.... dipetik dari majalah PA&MA...Feb 2004...kalau tak caya... So kengkawan
kalau
tengah stress tu .....bolehlah cium ketiak suami atau boyfriend.
Bagi kaum adam pulak,simpan bau ketiak tu utk orang tersayang.

RESEARCH PAPER + PROJECT FINAL SEM = PHD..

Before this im too tired searching and keep asking what should I do for my final project. Of coz im IT Student, but I wanna try sumtin different from coding, database or system, I want sumtin that very usable, I mean I can use or continue this research for my PHD..insyaallah..if im have chances to do it..perhaps..
My beloved lecture, he suggest me to do MANET,MOBILE NETWORKING…by using Cgywin….try to come out with the output…related to network…I’m love it but just love to learn not for my final project.
Then..my degree lecture suggest and offer me to do parallel programming..i need to compare between 2 core and dual core..using C++..urm..quite tough..he want take a grant for 5k for me to do this project if im agree..after im thinking about that..It’s quite interesting but I do not interested into it..for learning maybe its ok..
My practicum supervisor suggest me to do mobile application like game in mobile..i need to develop it and try to come out with the system..very simple one..urm..argh..if im doing this it will over at the end of final project, I cannot continue it with the same reaserch..
My master lecture suggest me doing some sort of research related to business in kedah..urm..simple, not to general and the title are quite interesting to me..even though it’s too earlier for me to come out with the proposal. Why not im try to do it now and after this I can focus to other subject..at least I forward one step from now..rite..
So, now..i already have the title and supervisor..not only one but two..i hope they will help me to achieve my objective..insyaallah..ohya..actually this is my plan since im continue my study, to find some project that I can continue for my PHD..insyaallah..ok la..Ohya..forgot sumtin..thanks to my rumate, who very kind to helping me for doing my proposal..

Igat ag masa kecik2 dolu2..masa tue umoq baru 5 taun, bangun pagi mak aku buat peknga cicah dengan gula..sedap sgt..minum dgn susu fernleaf…dulo2 masa kecik2 aku nie agak nakal..agak ker?..tp memang nakal pun..hahaha..

kalau dok umah ramai2 nie..mesti kuar cita zaman dolu2..mak aku la yg paling banyak gelak sampai mengalir air mata bila mengingatkan perangai anak2 dia sorg2..kami nie apa lagi..bantai gelak la…abah pulak bahagian tukang cqita…dia kalau cqita..keluar abeh perangai kami yg tah apa2..kdg2 bila tekenang balik…rasa mcm nak balik time tue..hahaha..

dolu masa kecik2 aku geng dgn bdk2 laki..depa mandi sungai, aku pun terjun..terra plak tue..buas ya robbi..pastu curik tong susu mak aku beli, sepakat dgn adik2 aku..masa tue kakngah,paktam sekali..dok mengatah sampai habis…masa tue mak aku kuar dgn abah aku p mana tah..aku xigat..dak habis satu tong..letak balik tempat mak aku simpan tong susu tue..tau x..time bila kami kantoi..masa mak nak bancuh susu?...SALAH…kami kantoi bila kakngah bagi tau..susu dah habis sebab kaklong,dia,paktam ngatah susu tue…apa lagi..dapat hadiah sorg satu..hahaha…rotan la..apa lagi..

adik aku..yg sorg nie..paktam..dia lagi sempoi..aku xleh la nak cita suma..nty kami xada kenangan,rahsia time2 kecik2 dolu2 yer x..aku cita sikit jer..masa tue time nak raya haji..mak aku mmg suka buat ketupat..aku lak bahagian tgk saja..yerlah time tue umur 9,10 tahun..tlg jaga adik jer lah…dolu2 kalau nak balut ketupat,pulut mak aku akan letak dalam talam besar..mcm talam org buat kenduri tue..so..masa tgh2 balut,org mai umah…mak aku pun bangun la p tgk..tinggal la aku & paktam kat dapur..tiba2 aku asa mcm nak p tgk sapa mai..aku bangun ikot mak aku..dlm 15 minit..kami p la dapur…mak aku dah bantai2 gelak…aku telah la lagi..tau x apa dia..paktam..dah dok lam talam tue..dok mengatah pulut..yg best tue..dia leh dok bersila lak tue..dlm talam..hahaha..(time nk tulis cita nie pun aku dah bpa kali keras pipi dok gelak)..dgn muka xbersalah, dial eh tgk aku,mak dok bantai2 gelak kat dia..maybe dia takot mak aku marah dia kot..hahaha..tue salah satu kenangan yg buat mak aku gelak sampai mengalir air mata..hahaha

pasal kakngah plak..adik aku yg nie..mmg terkenal dgn pemalu..ya allah..dolu kalau tgk dia..tiada makhluk yg pemalu selain pokok semalu..dia la orgnya..mmg pemalu..tapi sekarang aku pun tak tau mana p malu dia tue..hikhik..ok citanya mcm nie..masa tue abah aku bawak dia p umah member dia..time tue la..tuan umah nie pasang lagu apatah..kakngah nie biasa la..dok atas riba abah aku jer lah..entah cemana..time lagu ngah rancak berkemundang..leh plak dia yg pemalu ya robbi nie..bangun p menari..apalagi..abah aku terkejut then..terbahak2 gelak..abah aku balik cita kat mak aku…sepanjang dia bawak motor sampai la time dia cita kat mak aku..dia mmg dok gelak..sampai la sekarang…kalau flash back balik…dia la org yg akan gelak..dia nek heran cemana kakngah leh bangun menari time tue..dia mcm xpercaya…bila cita balik…kakngah gelak la jwbnya.

Then,dikna..yg nie aku tak tau nak cita yg mana satu..sebab dia mmg lawak..aku,abah & paktam selalu mengusik dia..oklah…salah satunya..sebutan English..paling femes…chicago…normal..dia xreti nak sebut..bahasa English..so..dia sebut ikot melayu..sepatutnya Chicago bila disebut dlm bhs English..akan jadi chikago..betul x..tapi dia akan sebut..chicago..normal…apa lagi mau gelak aku,abah,paktam..tapi dikna jenis xamik hati..tue best mngusik dia..hahaha..

Last but not least..man nama dia..dia nie pun kelakar jgk orgnya..salah satunya..masa tu dia darjah 3 kot dan dah dapat balik xm paper BM. Ada karangan pasal carnival ker apatah aku xigat..org pertama yg tgk paper tue..of coz la abah aku..tengah2 baca..then abah aku geleng kepala..aku tgk mata abah aku berkaca..mcm nk nangis pun ada..aku,mak, dikna..terpinga2..apsal..then..apalagi abah aku bagi kat mak aku..mak aku terbantai2 gelak..mak bg aku baca..patut la..orang eja MENJUAL..dia eja jadi MENJUAI..abah aku apa lagi..gelak la jugak..rupanya abah aku dok tahan gelak..kunun nak jaga la, xnk man asa rendah diri ker per..last2 man pun gelak jugak..sampai skrg kami dok mengusik dia..MEN..JU..AI..MENJUAI..hahaha

Lastly..an..yg kecik sekali..yang nie ya robbi..punya la buas..yg nie..kalau tgk..mcm brutal tapi dalam hati ada taman..jiwa sensitive..badan dah gagah perkasa,kasar pun dia jugak..tapi itu lah..nak ckp lembut jauh sekali..tapi otak geliga..bukan geliga blaja tapi geliga untuk buat aku bertukar menjadi singa…@ mak tiri..panggilan aku kat umah..hahaha..tapi aku nak tegelak dgn perangai dia..aku tau dah..kalau dia nak men game kat pc aku..dia la org yg paling baik ngan aku..suruh la buat apa pun..mesti dia buat punya..dia slalu gak menemani aku tidoq mlm..yg lucu pasal dia nie..apa yg aku ada,dpt mesti dia nak mintak..ada sekali tue..aku wak balik teddy bear..mana ada lelaki nak teddy bear..boleh lak dia mintak dari aku..nak teman dia tidor..sengaja aku xnk bagi..tau x apa dia wat..malam tue..dia tidor dgn aku..sblm tidor aku dok tayang kat dia..bestnya pelok teddy nie..last2 esoknya aku bangun..teddy tue dah xada dgn aku..dia lak dok pelok teddy bear tue..nak gelak pun ada..aku dok tepikir sorg2..sbnrnya mak aku nie nak bb gurl kot..tapi dpt bb boy..tue yg jadi mcm nie..huhu…nie citer dah lama..skrg dah lain..dia dah ada geng..ramai lak tue..

Buat sesaper yg aku cita lam nie..mohon ampun yer..sesikit jer I citer lam nie..huhu..nty bila kita kumpul reramai..kita cita len nuh..xpun..masa himpun dgn anak masing2..baru best cita..hehehe..
